Spyware Problem - Can't get rid of bookmarks

Hello,

I had problems with Omegasearch on my computer. I ran OmegaKiller as well as Ad-aware and Spybot. When running OmegaKiller, will the bookmarks (Travel, Cool Stuff etc.) be deleted or will they stay. I don't know if I deleted all the spyware by using OmegaKiller.

How can I check that and how can I delete these unwanted bookmarks?
