Is this junk any good?

I am trying to upgrade the memory in my DFI Ultra. I never buy high end memory and wanted your thoughts.

Ooops. never mind I just bought a GB for $150.

Newegg has it for $281 so it better be good... I have NEVER paid this much in my life for a GB of DDR.

I may be selling the whole setup (DFI MB, 3400+ CPU, GB or this ddr) and thought it would be a easier sale if it had top notch memory.

Hope I made a decent choice.
