This entry seems to be coming back:

    O23 - Service: Network Security Service ( 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I) - Unknown owner - C:\WINDOWS\ipzn.exe (file missing)

Try fixing it again, rebooting, and posting a new log. If it stays we'll have to try something different.

It is good that that file is missing. It is part of the infection.

There may be a key left in the registry that HijackThis cannot fix. The infection doesn't seem to be coming back, but if you want to get rid of this 'trace' of the infection, you can go into the registry and look for the key. Note: This is a VERY dangerous operation. Deleting the wrong key can make (parts of) your system unusuable.

If you would like to continue, go to Start then Run and type regedit

Go to the Edit bar in the Registry Editor (regedit) and type this: 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I
then click Enter on your keyboard.

Highlight the keys that it finds and click "Export". Make sure that the dot for "Selected Branch" is filled in, and set a file name. Save this file on your desktop. Create as many files as you find keys with that name, and when it says "Finished Searching Through Registry", open each file, and save the contents all into one. Once you have done that rename it to "hsa.txt" and attach it to your post.

Sorry for the long instructions. To me it seems the only way to remove the key.

Sorry, but i cant understand what to do. I got this keys:

(predefinição) REG_SZ (valor não definido) <- Portuguese
    Class REG_SZ LegacyDriver
    ClassGUID REG_SZ {8ECC055D-047F-11D1-A537-0000F8753ED1)
    ConfigFlags REG_DWORD 0*0000000 (0)
    DeviceDesc REG_SZ Network Security Service
    Legacy REG_DWORD 0*00000001 (1)
    Service REG_SZ 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I

I highlighted them all, export them to desktop and saved file as "test" bur i cant understand the second part... im sorry and thanks for your help so far

You did the second part, just in a different way. Rather than saving them as a file and attaching them to the post, you just posted them in the topic, making it easier for me.

    Service REG_SZ 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I

That is the key that you want to remove. Make sure you backup your registry before you do this. To make a backup, go to the 'File' tab and click on Export. Make sure the dot for "Export All" is filled in, and save the file to either your Desktop or My Documents.

Now remove this key: Service REG_SZ 11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I

And exit the registry editor. Reboot, Scan with HJT, and post a new log.

Reboot your computer into Safe Mode

    Click Start -> Run -> (type) services.msc

Scroll down and find the service called Network Security Service When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.

Run Hijackthis and click on Open the Misc Tools section -> Delete an NT Service
Copy and paste this into the text box and click OK.

    11Fßä#·ºÄÖ`I

Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.

    Your log is clean!

Now that you are clean, please follow these simple steps in order to keep your computer clean and secure:
    1. Disable and Enable System Restore. - If you are using Windows ME or XP then you should disable and reenable system restore to make sure there are no infected files found in a restore point left over from what we have just cleaned.

You can find instructions on how to enable and reenable system restore here:

      Managing Windows Millenium System Restore

      or

      Windows XP System Restore Guide

Renable system restore with instructions from tutorial above

    2. Make your Internet Explorer more secure - This can be done by following these simple instructions:
      1. From within Internet Explorer click on the Tools menu and then click on Options.
      2. Click once on the Security tab

    3. Use an AntiVirus Software - It is very important that your computer has an anti-virus software running on your machine. This alone can save you a lot of trouble with malware in the future.

See this link for a listing of some online & their stand-alone antivirus programs:

Virus, Spyware, and Malware Protection and Removal Resources

    4. Update your AntiVirus Software - It is imperitive that you update your Antivirus software at least once a week (Even more if you wish). If you do not update your antivirus software then it will not be able to catch any of the new variants that may come out.

    5. Use a Firewall - I can not stress how important it is that you use a Firewall on your computer. Without a firewall your computer is succeptible to being hacked and taken over. I am very serious about this and see it happen almost every day with my clients. Simply using a Firewall in its default configuration can lower your risk greatly.

For a tutorial on Firewalls and a listing of some available ones see the link below:

      Understanding and Using Firewalls

    6. Visit Microsoft's Windows Update Site Frequently - It is important that you visit http://www.windowsupdate.com regularly. This will ensure your computer has always the latest security updates available installed on your computer. If there are new updates to install, install them immediately, reboot your computer, and revisit the site until there are no more critical updates.

    7. Install Spybot - Search and Destroy - Install and download Spybot - Search and Destroy with its TeaTimer option. This will provide realtime spyware & hijacker protection on your computer alongside your virus protection. You should also scan your computer with program on a regular basis just as you would an antivirus software.

A tutorial on installing & using this product can be found here:

Using Spybot - Search & Destroy to remove Spyware , Malware, and Hijackers

    8. Install Ad-Aware - Install and download Ad-Aware. ou should also scan your computer with program on a regular basis just as you would an antivirus software in conjunction with Spybot.

A tutorial on installing & using this product can be found here:

Using Ad-aware to remove Spyware, Malware, & Hijackers from Your Computer

    9. Install SpywareBlaster - SpywareBlaster will added a large list of programs and sites into your Internet Explorer settings that will protect you from running and downloading known malicious programs.

A tutorial on installing & using this product can be found here:

Using SpywareBlaster to protect your computer from Spyware and Malware

    10. Update all these programs regularly - Make sure you update all the programs I have listed regularly. Without regular updates you WILL NOT be protected when new malicious programs are released.
Follow this list and your potential for being infected again will reduce dramatically.

Hi. You can be sure i will do all that! They wont get me anymore (i hope...). Thanks for all your help SpywareShooter and Buckeye_Sam!
Just one thing. I never used IE since this started and you say that now the computer is clean, but in my add/remove programs i still have Home Assistent and Shopping wizzard. Should i do anything, run any program first to remove them from there? Or by following those steps they will go away?
