Bootable Discs

I want to make a bootable disc, but I have no idea how to do it. I have Nero so could some one please tell me how to make one..........thanks. :scratch:

    What type of bootable disc (or specific program)?

    if its an operating system boot disk, you can download from bootdisk.com.
