Cliff's notes: The drive has a one-gigabit OneNAND flash chip imbedded. This would be so cool is Samsung could pull it off successfully.

    the only thing would be it would be limited by the controller it uses. ultra ata would not be as fast as if it were serial ata, and that would be slower then a scsi drive. i have not seen the link, but things to think about when they give you some benchmarks.

    I'd love for my bottleneck to be the data bus, instead of the drive :D
