Server Busy (switch to) Error Message

I keep getting this "Server Busy ... This action cannot be completed (switch to/retry)" error message on my desktop. It is very annoying and I do not know how to fix it ... Thank you in advance for your help!

    Can you let us know a bit more information please mate. e.g. What OS? What's your hardware spec? And all other relative information. When did this problem begin? What kind of setup have you got? etc

    Hi Spinner, thanks for the reply. I had to do a System Restore on my XP and it fixed the problem ...
