Smitfraud Trojan HELP...Please

I seem to have been infected by this nasty torjan smitfraud and really need some help with reviewing this HJT log file. I have run spybot and adware which cleaned up many things. Can you please review this log and let me know what to do...THX!!

Boot into Safe Mode and do the following:

R1 - HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = http://www.qfind.net/

Fix that entry then find and delete these files:
C:\WINDOWS\popuper.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\intmonp.exe

Then boot back into Normal Mode and post a new log.
