Another HSA victim

I know you guys (and gals?) get these all day every day. I've actually already printed out the guide, and I was gonna' go through it, but then realized...I don't think I have a means to do a hard reboot. I'm using a Dell laptop, and if I just take out the power plug, the computer still runs on the battery. Also, I didn't seem to find this elusive power switch that you mentioned (on the back of the case). Any suggestions? :confused::scratch:

    Take the battery out and unplug it from the wall (at the appropriate time).

    The guide is an excellent tool. Once you've been through it, post a HijackThis log so someone can look it over for you. :)
