It looks like smitfraud is all cleared up, but you have Gator spyware on your computer.

Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 at the BIOS screen when booting) and do the following:

    O4 - Global Startup: GStartup.lnk = C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\GMT.exe
    O9 - Extra button: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing)
    O9 - Extra button: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing) (HKCU)
O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing) (HKCU)
    O16 - DPF: {1D6711C8-7154-40BB-8380-3DEA45B69CBF} (Web P2P Installer) -

Still in Safe Mode, find and delete the bold folders:
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\GMT\
    C:\Program Files\Common Files\CMEII\

Then boot back into normal mode and post a new log.

Another thing, I would not reccomend using Kazaa. It is loaded with viruses and spyware, and you never know when a seemingly-legitimate download will infest your computer. If you really need to use a P2P program read this: http://www.spywareinfo.com/articles/p2p/

When I say fix these entries, put check marks next to them in HijackThis and click "Fix Checked".

    R1 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Default_Page_URL = about:blank
    R0 - HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Main,Start Page =
R3 - Default URLSearchHook is missing
    O2 - BHO: GetPostLog module - {C9B0D3DC-DC2B-4a17-8E34-02CD4C1E573F} - C:\WINDOWS\gpl.dll
    O9 - Extra button: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing)
    O9 - Extra 'Tools' menuitem: Microsoft AntiSpyware helper - {2A4B1513-0F54-411B-9F19-310E93EB381C} - C:\WINDOWS\System32\wldr.dll (file missing)

Fix those entries then find and delete this file:
    C:\WINDOWS\gpl.dll

Then reboot your computer in normal mode and post a new log.

To secure your computer you should download my anti-spyware file called Spyware Shooter. You can get it at http://www.spywareshooter.com . I will give you further instructions on spyware prevention once this has been resolved.

Have you installed or updated the 4/29/05 or any later updates of Spyware Shooter? If you did, that may be the cause of these entries. The new versions of SS seem to be giving false positives of CWS. Spybot is probably not reading the full key and is thinking they are in the trusted zone, when they are really in the restricted (the Trusted and Restricted Sites zones are in the same registry key). To fix the background, download this file:

    http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/reg/smitfraud.reg

Double Click it and select Yes to the prompt.
