nLite Slipstreaming Question
Hi,
I stumbled across your nLite slipstreaming guide for your own customized slipstream Windows XP. Very nice and helpful. Question is, when getting the source files, does it have to be based on the WIndows XP Professional? Will it work if i use Windows XP Professional w/SP2 as my source of files instead? I know it may sound wierd that why would i need to slipstream another copy if i already have one. Just that i want to make one that is personalized for me. Thanks for your time and answering. Sorry if i posted this is in the wrong thread.

No need. I have done this a few hundred times. The extra updates are easliy
applied after the install. Only sp2 might have problems

This compilation does not meet the ISO 9660 standard; i.e. it contains at least one folder with path depth of more than 8 levels and/or a path name longer than 255 characters. Are you sure you want to allow this?
im just wondering if i should just allow this and go ahead and burn, or will this cause a problem?
