hi, i have a question for using remote assistance, first i can connect my fd's computer, but my friend cannot connect it said "failed to connect computer" so what can i do???? i am using buffalo router it's model is WBR-G54.... :confused::confused::confused:

    you need to make sure that port 3389 is forwarded to your pc.

    Also make sure your (or his) firewall will let the PCs see each other.

    is it tcp port or udp port?
    And also, in buffalo router, how to disable the firewall :confused:
