XP Error Message- 0x77C472E3

i restarted my computer, and this weird error message showed up. can someone please tell me what this is?

    could be a memory error , try running memtet86

    ok i downloaded that - when i ran the batch file, i got this error message

    download the iso of memtest86, burn it to a cd then put it in the cd-rom and reboot. It will boot from the cd let it run a pass about 4 times to rule out ram.

    Nope not if you don't get a bsod or anything I wouldn't worrie)

    ok- well i figured out how to get it to run, and it ran for 56 minutes (only one pass), and I had to stop it then. After I rebooted, I got that error message again. I will let it run all night tonight, and see what happens.
