Time and Date

regarding the time shown on the taskbar, my time seems to be always fast. 1 day it would be like 2 mins ahead, then next day it would be like 8 to 10mins fast. my only solution right now is to keep synchronizing my time with windows or the nist.gov. any ideas as why this is happening or how to fix it? :scratch:

    no, no hardware mods to my computer at all. all i do is customize my desktop and themes.
