Partition Magic Problem

I have two hard drives right now, to make room I've been combining the partitions together so that I less less waisted space, on a side note I have a new drive coming in to solve my storage problems.
So the drives WERE as follows.
Drive A: 160GB
Partition C:60GB and Partition D:75GB (Give or take some slack...)
Drive B: 40GB
Partition E:10GB and Partition F:25GB (Give or take some slack...)
I was able to combine partition C&D with no problems, I put all of drive D into a folder called "DM", seemed to go along with no problems.
Drive B is something I wasn't sure of from the start, since it had a partition that held some SWAP/Page File, I believe it was also a system drive for some reason as I noticed that everytime I ever reformated and reinstalled Windows. Yet it never held any system vital stuff other than SWAP, plus it was just a junkdrive for all my crap I don't want to get rid of.
So I had drive B's partitions combined(E&F), with all of F's contents placed into a folder called "stuff", but something, and I don't have any clue what, went wrong, it didn't combine the drives and a good majority of stuff seems to be missing. I was asleep through the process, so I didn't see what it could have been if I were to see anything.
I do see a folder in partition E which is called stuff, but it won't allow me to open it for some reason. It doesn't seem like anything has been deleted, it appears like things have been moved around.
I don't know whats going on, but I need that stuff. Any help?!

When I open those up I find my stuff, but they don't work. I guess they are just there for placement purposes until the job can be finished. I am hoping though....
I was trying other methods, took away my swap and then tried, but it still happens.
I've tried to run tests, but they won't go through, I get an error saying Cluster beyond end, and then it quits out on me(error check within Partition Magic).
This is VERY important now, as most my work was in there. I couldn't move anything before becuase I didn't have enough space.
Good luck.
Guess this means... well I can't think of a good side. I'll just have to rummage through every backup disk I have and hope that at least the hard drive is still usable. It's like 4 years or so old by now, if not older. But I am pretty sure most of everything I wanted on the drive is still around somewhere on some CDR disk.
