Hi Everyone, I need some help with Trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c

Hi Everyone.

Firstly i would just like to say that I am new to the forum here so I just want to say hi to everyone that is here and hope everything is well. I am not new to computers and i know a bit about protection but today I succumbed to this virus and I am simply writing to the knowledgeable ones out there who can perhaps help me cure the problem.

The problem is i had :-
*The desktop screen is blue with the error message and alot of unwanted icons placed which i cannot get rid of or change the desktop back

Now i have used quite alot of removal programs and now I am able to post my own wallpaper again which is good but my main concern is when i right click and go properties on the desktop, i only have two options in the Display Properties menu that pops up which are:-

*screen saver
*settings

I am hoping that by posting my HIJACKTHIS log, someone will know what options i should delete to get my system runnning a bit more smoothly again.

Here below is my log:-

first you will need to make all files and folders accessable. Instructions on how to do this can be found here: http://www.short-media.com/forum/showthread.php?t=14915

When you complete this please post a new log from HiJack This.
