winchester vs venice 3200

which core is gunna be better for ocing. i read somewere that it runs at 1.4v, .1 lower than a winchester but newegg has it listed as 1.5v. PCperspective tested a venice and got it to 2.8ghz at 1.4v. with stock cooling...that seems pretty amazing.

    Winchesters should run at 1.4V. Some Venice chips run at 1.35V, and some at 1.4V I've heard, although I'm not 100% sure. The clawhammer and newcastle chips run at 1.5V.

    If you are looking to overclock, stay away from the newer winchesters. They got worse with age :)
