help with cache.freeserve

hi can any one tell me why that when i turn on my pc it automatically comes up saying a programme called www.cache.freeserve.com is trying to access the internet.it doesnt start it now i disabled something dont know what the guys on aol told me.and sometimes when i click cancel and load up the net the pc just restarts on its own.i have done spybot and adware and it still continues to do my head in so i do i get rid of it any help please.

cheers for replying but i ran reg mechanic and it seems to have resolved the problem so once again thanks and ill keep checking in to see if i can help anyone.
