i can surf, but not post???????

ok i can post small post at a time maby 3 lines, but if i try to post a log then my browser "times out" it says sight can not be found, please click here to detect network settings.

    also if i try to run windows update on my pc then it says an error msg, and if i try to send info then it "times out again."

    i wont to think that it is a setting problem, but i cant find it, and i dont know why it is afecting my ability to post, this post dosent use a ssp or something dose it ?? And why is it that if i post small it works fine? but big posts it gose down ???????

    ok i found out what it was, it was "panda" antivirus that was messing up my pc, i can post now
