Please help me. When i use nslookup and use command search, the result is "can't find search : non-existent domain". Btw i use OS Win 2000 server.

What address are you trying to lookup...?
Have you created an internal Active Directory Domain?
Do you get any form of reply from nslookup..?

I trying to lookup client to server. I already have AD Domain, first problem is default server : unknown then it solved with reverse lookup zone. Yes, from nslookup it reply server can't find search : non existent domain.

Do an nslookup on the fully qualified name...
If you domain was mydomain.local and your server name is mypc1 .. the FQDN is
mypc1.mydomain.local
Try an nslookup on the name on it's own.. and then the fully qualified version and post back, one of those will return an IP address
