BSOD - Multiple stop codes

I have been running Adaware as well as Spybot and my system had gotten incredibly slow over the past several weeks. Ran Spyware Nuker last night and found embedded cookies as well as an exploit which I removed manually. The system ran beautifully after that until the BSOD started popping up.

I have WinXP Pro, Duron 1.8GHZ, Liteon CDwriter, BiostarMB, MadDog video, Hitachi 160GB HD, generic floppy and generic backup HD, AVG Anti-virus. This system was rebuilt will new parts just last December. The only components from the original system are the B/U HD and floppy.

Since I ran the nuker last night, when the system sleeps and rewakes, I get BSOD - 3 different messages, 3 different times.

1. STOP: 0x00000044 (0x81654E00, 0x00000D60, 0x0000000, 0x0000000)

2. STOP: 0x0000007E (0xc0000005, 0x805D7DB9, 0xf898CC60, 0xF898C960)

3. STOP: 0x00000044 (0x819A8BA0, 0x00000d60, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

I'm getting a minidump file on each, but can't open it from my 'puter. Can't even find the file that's supposed to be in my locals. There are other wer files listed, but not the one indicated in this last crash.

I am running AVG - so far nothing found. Diskscan says the files are all ok.

Any ideas what I'm really dealing with here since my stop codes are differing?

ok...I'm an idiot. Now that I have this saved onto the disk...am I supposed to reboot to run the test?

Ok...I couldn't get memtest86 to run, but I was able to download the memtest from Microsoft and run that. It came up with all memory ok.

It is almost surely a hardware problem. If it's not the memory it could be an inadequate power supply.

What brand of power supply do you have, and what wattage?

It's an Echo Star 450W - It seems strange, though, that all this began immediately after I ran Spyware Nuker and manually removed the embedded cookies (these were hidden in my cookie list) as well as an exploit.
