AMD DURON Freezing on Windows Boot

Abit KD7A
120 GIG IDE HDD DRIVE MAXTOR
IDE CD RW
ATI RADEON 9200 128
256MEG of PC2700
XP Pro SP2
It will be booting, then freeze. So I turn it off, (when u turn it off u have to redo the bios if u unplug the cable) take out anything connected to the USB (mouse and printer) boot it upand it works fine.... then I can reattach them
Sometimes it will freeze in Windows
Anyone got suggestions?
