I've never tried to overclock my computer, but I think its overclocked!!

At startup, it says my CPU speed is 2.50ghz. In system properties in windows, it shows the image below:

hmm.. thats weird.. i have been having some minor issues with some sudden restarts and some error messages- OCing could be the culprit. What should I look to change in the BIOS to get it back to where it should be so i can test it out normal?

your bus is higher then normal your overclocking probably 1mhz on your bus.

You shouldnt be having any restarts from that minnor :P

It's 4MHz. It might be the culprit of your instability, but I sincerely doubt it.

Download CPU-z from www.cpuid.com, that'll give you a better indication of what your bus speed is set to, and what speed you memory is running at. Might also be a good idea to run memtest86+, that instability might be from memory issues.

yeah ive done memtest- i let it pass 11 times, but did nothing. and my error message taht everyone thinks is memory-related, is still tehre.
