There are plenty of software packages that provide similar functionality plus much more. A few examples are:
    Photoshop
    Paint Shop Pro
The Gimp (that one's free)

Hi my microsoft paint broke recently and I am looking for another piece of software. All I need to do is copy and paste a picture into it and use the spray paint feature. I also need to be able to resize pictures. Can anyone suggest any programmes, preferably free.

I merged your redundant threads. Please don't start more than one thread asking the same exact question :)
