AproposMedia harrassment, it never ends!

I am so thankful that I found your site. I have downloaded and run Adaware and it found 86 *gasp* problems on its first scan!

I have been having problems with the Broswer Modifiers AproposMedia, IST.ISTbar, and PeopleOnPage. I have installed, updated and run Spybot S&D, Adaware and Microsoft AntiSpyware. I have been running them daily for over a week and still all 3 Browser Modifiers come back at least once a day. Can you please help me rid my computer of this harrassment?
