Ok, so I have no idea what I'm doing, but this site was reccomened to me by someone. I am loaded with spyware but everytime i try to run adaware it shuts down my computer. Nothing really runs well, and basically I just want to get rid of everything i have on my computer and make it like new. I have Windows XP professional with service pack 2. Some sort of direction would be fantastic because i have no idea what i'm doing.

    Try running Adaware in safe mode. Before doing that, check for any online updates.
