can't get rid of hsa on laptop after several attempts

no way to just kill power how do I get rid of this have tried several attempts using adaware, spybot, cwshredder, AboutBuster, hsremove, hijackthis?

The three services that are generaly mentioned are not there?

This ones a tough one. please help!!!!!

    ok, got rid of HSA, every time I start IE microsoft office SBE 2003 tries to load.

    Cancel out and IE runs just fine? But how do I stop it from even starting?

    Loaded HOSTS file from www.mvps.org and shell.dll from www.bleepingcomputer.com
