Help! Popups AGAIN!!!

I'm about to outlaw my kids from this computer, 'cause everytime I get rid of the popups (thanks to great help here) they eventually find their way back.

Here's my latest HJT log. I have run Ad-aware and Spybot S & D. I would also appreciate any suggestions you may have to keep this from happening again...

    Get Killbox from here:
    http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69
    Save it to your desktop. Set it up and exit it for now.

    Then fix this line with Hijackthis.

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe



    Open Killbox and select the Delete on reboot option.


    Copy and paste the following file to the field labeled "Full path of file to delete"

    C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

    Press the Delete button.

    A first dialog box will ask if you want to delete the file on reboot, press the YES button.

    A second dialog box will ask you if you want to REBOOT now. Press the YES button.


    If you have done this before then you should have Ad-Aware Se and Spybot Search & Destroy. If you do not then you can get them here:

    Make sure you have updated these programs with the latest definition files. Exit these for now.

    Download ewido security from here:
    http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

    Run ewido after updating it.

    Reboot into safe mode (tap f8 at startup) and run a full scan with adaware se and spybot.

    Reboot and post a new log and we wil see what's left to clean. If there are any infections that can't be cleaned by any of these programs let me know in your next post.

    Now run Hijack this and place a check next to these entries and click fix checked:
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [cfgmgr52] RunDLL32.EXE ,DllRun

    Now reboot into safe mode (tap f8 at start up) and delete these files or directories:
    cfgmgr52(directory) RunDLL32.EXE ,DllRun(file name)

    You will find this in your C drive if it exists. I am not sure where exactly. Do a little searching in there and if you find either of those delete it. Be cautious as there is a system file labeled very similar that will be in the system 32 directory. If you are unsure, do nothing. You may try using HiJack This to fix it then reboot run Hijack again and see if that O4 entry is still there.

    Since you have posted logs before I assumed that you have made all files visible. If you have not please do so before posting your next log.
    Open my computer>click tools>click folder options>
    click view tab>check show hidden files>uncheck hide file extensions>
    click apply>click OK>exit

    Okay, I think we're rid of it. I did a search in Safe Mode for those files and the only RunDLL32.exe files were in the System32 directory and a directory called I386. There were 3 other files with a variation of the same name (RunDLL32.exe-"numbers".pf) in the Windows\Prefetch directory. I didn't delete any of them...
