Disks Not Found

edited May 2005 in Hardware
Currently I have 6 hard drives: 2x SATA drives connected straight to my P4G8X Motherboard and 4 connected to a Promise TX2000 RAID card. My main system volume is a 2 disk RAID array on the Promise card.

Earlier on I was using the PC and it froze. I restarted and heard some clunking coming from the case. One of the disks had died so I unplugged it Unfortunately the main RAID array had gone offline so I had to delete it and reinitialise a new array using the remaining 3 disks.

I did that and then tried installing XP. I loaded the disk using F6 and the promise driver disk (It worked last week!) but XP setup complained that it could not find any hard disks.

I tried later drivers but again I could not find any hard disks.

One time I did find a 500gb partition and I went to format it but it stalled. I restarted again and XP setup was back to not finding the disks :( HELP!
