Image grabs from video

I want to make image grabs from avi and mpeg media files. I don't see a way to do it in WMP. Any ideas on how to do this? Maybe a different program would have such a feature but I wouldn't know which one.

    PowerDVD can also do it, but probably not as well as the SnatchIt.

    Thanks. Frameshots, formerly known as Snatchit was just what I waslooking for.

    unticking "Use overlays" in WMP works for me. then i just use the PrtSc key.

    what does Use overlays do? why couldnt u just use the Print Screen button anyways?

    Because printscreen doesn't capture overlays.
