When I play CS I would get little small lag spikes, spikes from the PC not internet, Like when you turn the screen will be really rough for like 2 seconds and go back to normal. I dont use developer 1. my rate is the original

woops, forogt to run cs and then check.
amd 2400+
sappire 9600xt
1gb (2x512) 2700 ram ultra and PNY ram
350 PSU

humm .... You would probably get more help from the people at the steam forums

Thay have probably know whats wrong.
I know my buddy with 256mb of ram and tons of crap running in the background had this problem till he got more ram.
oh and also if your running fah in the background I noticed that happens too.
