Some adware gotten into

Greetings,

I have an adware agent in my computer I think. I cleared many with removal programs but some of them are apparently undeletable, at least for now. they're in a directory C:\Windows\isrvs\*.*
desktop.exe, edmond.exe and some dll files.

Also my explorer will not open with about:blank , some software rewrites a different path C:\WINDOWS\System32\msblank.html and tries to connect somewhere before I stop it.

    Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:

    C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\desktop.exe

    Then reboot your computer and post a new log.

    Hi Spyware Shooter;

    I have fixed the said entries then deleted the files EXCEPT the files in the "isrvs" directory. When I try to delete any of them or the directory by any way, an access denied message appears. And the entries come back.

    The problem with "about:blank" start page is resolved though... Thanks...

    You can do it in safe mode without any errors. Boot into Safe Mode (press F8 at the BIOS screen when booting) and fix these entries:

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [Desktop Search] C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\desktop.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [ffis] C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\ffisearch.exe

    Still in Safe Mode, find and delete these files:
    C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\desktop.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\isrvs\ffisearch.exe

    Then boot back into normal mode and post a new log.
