No Welcome Screen Windows XP

Can I have a machine running WinXP: Pro automatically log into a user (Admin) account on startup without going to the welcome screen? I have two users set up on the machine. 1 with no password another with. I want Windows to log into the account with no password. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thx.

The reason behind this is I'd like to be able to remote desktop into my brother’s box. The only way I can do this in XP: Pro is to create a user account with password. Is there anyway around this? He doesn't want to use a password or see the welcome screen each time he boots up.

this will work just fine if you give the administrator account a password and use that account to remote log in. otherwise, i think the answer is no

Well both accounts are Admins. Only one has a password. I'm looking to bypass the welcome screen. I'm really sorry if I'm not being 100% clear.

Use TweakUI for WinXP to automatically log you on to whatever account you choose. :)
