this is my log and I downloaded the virus off of LimeWire. I forget the title of the perticular .zip file but it was my stupid mistake. Any help would be spifftastic and greatly apreciated.

(note: I've run Spybot S&D recently and Ad Aware just after it(newest versions of both)

(note2: I believe I'm CLEAN(!!!) but I need a double check so thanks)

.zip files aren't executable, so I don't think the virus infected you.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winupdate] C:\Program Files\winupdate\winupdate.exe /auto
    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [p2pnetworking] p2pnetworking.exe
    O4 - HKLM\..\RunServices: [p2pnetworking] p2pnetworking.exe

Fix those entries then find and delete these files:
    C:\Program Files\winupdate\winupdate.exe
    p2pnetworking.exe

Then reboot and post a new log.

If you don't know the website it should be deleted, and the blank one can go.

That entry plays audio in Internet Explorer. You shouldn't remove it.

    O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [winupdate] C:\Program Files\winupdate\winupdate.exe /auto
    O16 - DPF: {56336BCB-3D8A-11D6-A00B-0050DA18DE71} (RdxIE Class) - http://software-dl.real.com/23e5521...ip/RdxIE601.cab

Fix those entries then find and delete winupdate.exe, reboot and post a new log.
