GIGABYTE K8NS ULTRA 939 - questions pls

on my k8ns ultra 939 mobo, bios 6. I am trying to look for the Chipset Voltage control where it can be increased, but i couldn't find it. Is the HT-Link Voltage control same as Chipset Voltage control?
Another question is am I right that k8ns ultra 939 mobo has the PCI/AGP locked?
