W32.AGOBOT.GH Worm [locked/multiple posters]

Help,
I found crss.exe which is caused by W32.AGOBOT.GH Worm. How do I remove this worm totally. Just ending the process will not help...

    We need to get a look at what's running on your computer in order to help you. Please follow the directions at this link to download a tool called Hijackthis and post a log.

    I also have the process crss.exe and my computer runs very slowly. I followed a scan and clean process listed on MajorGeeks.com, but the process is still there. There is also something named INSTAL~1.exe, which is unidentified. I've attached today's hijackthis scan log.
