popup followup

hi there, the popups have all stopped thanks to your wonderful help but now every so often (whenever i come back to the computer after being idle for x amount of time) my mcafee tells me that a Downloader-SS trojan has been detected and cleaned. the files are always found in the C:\System Volume Information folder EG:

C:\System Volume Information\ folder_restore{202550A8-7A33-4BCA-9586-051D24DDBF8F}\RP186

filename: A0022891.exe

i am not sure what is causing this every time i return. i will include a hjt log, please let me know of any help, i appreciate it! thanks!

You just need to flush your system restore files.

Turn off System Restore:

On the Desktop, right-click My Computer.
Click Properties.
Click the System Restore tab.
Check Turn off System Restore.
Click Apply, and then click OK.

Restart your computer, turn it back on and create a restore point.

To create a restore point:

Single-click Start and point to All Programs.
Mouse over Accessories, then System Tools, and select System Restore.
In the System Restore wizard, select the box next the text labeled "Create a
restore point" and click the Next button.

Type a description for your new restore point. Something like "After
cleanup". Click Create and you're done.
