Adware and Internet Explorer Error messages

Guys, I am always having these pop ups appear simultaneously on my computer that gets past my popupblocker program. Also, I am always getting error messages when I go on Internet Explorer and Mozilla causing me to shut it down, then when I open up IE or Mozilla, it does it again. I hope you guys can help me out with this. Those ads and error messages are annoying.

    You will need to start by making sure all hidden files are viewable:

    Open my computer>click tools>click folder options>
    click view tab>check show hidden files>uncheck hide file extensions>click apply>click OK>exit

    Then you will need to download LSPfix:

    Run LSPfix now.

    Then download Ad-Aware se, Spybot Search and Destroy and ewido security suite.

    http://www.ewido.net/en/download/

    Run the setup programs for each of these. When setup is complete update each program with the latest definitions/signature files. Exit these for now.

    Reboot into safe mode, tap f8 at start up and select safe mode from the menu. Run a full scan with Ad-aware se and Spybot S/D.

    Reboot into normal mode and run a full scan with ewido.

    Post a new log when finished.

    Get Killbox from here:
    http://www.short-media.com/download.php?dc=69
    Save it to your desktop. Set it up and exit it for now.

    Then fix this line with Hijackthis.

    F2 - REG:system.ini: Shell=Explorer.exe C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe


    Open Killbox and select the Delete on reboot option.


    Copy and paste the following file to the field labeled "Full path of file to delete"

    C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe

    Press the Delete button.

    A first dialog box will ask if you want to delete the file on reboot, press the YES button.

    A second dialog box will ask you if you want to REBOOT now. Press the YES button.

    Now run LSPFix once again.

    Post a new log.

    Were you able to locate this file svcproc.exe in the windows directory? It is the only sign of infection left in your log. Are you having anymore problems/symptoms?

    svcproc.exe could not be found while doing a search. i'm not having any problems. thanks. i appreciate your hard work and time.

    We still need to remove that. I will have a mod take a quick look at your log.

    Let's try this to remove that o23 entry:

    Click Start -> Run -> (type) services.msc

    Scroll down and find the service called System Startup Service When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, click the Stop button, then click on properties and under the General Tab, change the Startup Type to Disabled. Now hit Apply and then Ok and close any open windows.


    Run Hijackthis and click on Open the Misc Tools section -> Delete an NT Service
    Copy and paste this into the text box and click OK.

    SvcProc


    Reboot and post a new hijackthis log.
