How do resize an image in Photoshop? And also, when taking a screenshot, how do you paste it in?

alt + print screen = Screen capture only the active window
print screen = The entire screen is captured.

To copy into Print show, File> new> then whatever size you think.... Then Edit, paste....

Instead of going to the menus, you can also just right click on the title bar of the image window, and resize from there.

When resizing, be sure to constrain parameters to keep your apect ratio. Also, you need to decide if you want to keep the current dpi, or resample the image (so that if you shrink an image you geta higher dpi, if you expand it, you get a lower dpi.)

Also, if you have a newer version of Photoshop, and you are just saving images for web / e-mail, there is a handy resize in the Save For Web window.
