Longtime shortmedian, and owner of icrontic.com, forum member CitrixMeta today launched his new endeavour, DigitalFitness.ca.

"In January 2004, I was at the worst shape of my life. I had horrible eating habits and an extremely unhealthy lifestyle. At the time I weighed in at 305LBS and wore size 46 jeans (no belt needed).

All that changed after a visit to the local mall with my wife. I had seen a shirt that I liked, but unfortunately not even the XXL size fit me. That’s when I decided “ENOUGH WAS ENOUGH”."

    Thank god. I saw "ShortMedia alum and icrontic.com owner..." and had some weird feeling go through me thinking "Damn... someones died.." heh. Quite the opposite I see :)

    Congratulations. I'm about to try and pull myself into shape too, a right mess currently, I just need to find some way to build up the will power.
