Adaware and SPybot auto shut and wont uninstall

Some reason my adaware will get to like the front window and just shuts down. All the time. same with uninstalling.

I was doing some scans b/c I had spyware. I can scan under safemode. Ewido works as well.


They will not install either, just shuts off
What could it be?? Spyware?

OK, So i went into end task and looked around too see what was unfimilar. I found Jusched.log and i stopped it. I found the file in C:\DOCUME~1\Alvin\LOCALS~1\Temp

this is what it showed. Is this like a schedule that is followed automatically or something??
