    hello again

    I was just curious

ive only been folding a little while and have only completed 2 units :(

however i noticed that due to the amount of points i have i am number 605 in the team 93 table

how is the points system worked?

i am ahead of certain ppl who have completed hundreds of work units

is it worked out by how long the units take you or something?

    someone enlighten me

Different units=different times=different points. Check here for running projects, how many points per unit and the deadlines. Instability will cause early unit ends, and you may get partial credit for them. Hence people with 30pts and finishing 20 work units.

30 points with 20WUs was the norm back closer to when the project first started. WUs were worth a lot less than. Like the first 20 or so WUs I ever did were worth 2 points each.

so the points are the true measure of how much someone has folded, not so much the actual units

Yes, the points are a better indication of the amount folded. The point/WU ratio kind of tells you how long they have been folding.
