Now that HJT just got infected with a virus and deleted by my virus scanner, I have to go redownload it.

    Then reboot and post a new log.

    Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\fyxcm.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ieda32.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\netty32.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\atlfi32.exe

    Then reboot and post a new log.
