Most horrible infection I've ever had

Hey everyone. I was browsing the net on my girlfriends computer and in the process stumbled across a few pop-up's. I disregarded them for a while until the computer crashed and forced me to reset. When it started back up there was a background sorta thing saying:

SYSTEM STOPPED
System has been stopped due to a serious malfunction.
Spyware activity has been detected.
It is recommended to use spyware removal tool to prevent data loss.
Do not use the computer before all spyware has been removed.

So I look at this and think, THAT is spyware. A friend told me once to check Add/Remove programs, things always get installed there. When I did I found a program called SpySheriff (which also had started up, but crashed). It wasnt one of our programs and its demanding we buy it. There were COUNTLESS other spyware programs installed and when I virus scanned I found two trojans; TROJ DLOADER.GV and TROJ LOWZONES.BZ.

Also, any site I try to navigate to redirects to some random porn site. I'm going insane.

I dont even know where to start. Any help would be EXTREMELY appreciated. Here is a Hijack This log for the computer aswell:

I was unable to find the following files:
    C:\winstall.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\win32.exe
    C:\Program Files\iobp\owcu.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\??plorer.exe

The following entries no longer existed:
    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Intlip] C:\WINDOWS\System32\??plorer.exe

I found a trojan in C:\ that I simply deleted (I had system restore off), also a large number of allstarsearch entries were added, I deleted them all. Also, the System Stopped screen still appears at startup.

    Here is the new log:

    O4 - HKCU\..\Run: [Uktxtyx] C:\WINDOWS\System32\?hkdsk.exe

Fix that entry then find and delete this file:
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\?hkdsk.exe

Then reboot and post a new log.

Could not find the entry file, however I found a solution on another website. It cleaned the desktop perfectly and all other symptoms seem to have disappeared.

Thanks ALOT for your help, I can't tell you how glad I am that people are out there willing to help fools like me get back in control. Here is my last Hijack This log, hope everything is alright. :)

After you do those, I want you to download, install, update, and run a full scan using AdAware 1.06. You can find it on our Security Downloads page.

Then reboot again and post a new log.
