HSA is kicking my butt

Hi, I posted a log file here yesterday and didnt get a response. I htink maybe my log was too long. I have ran ad-aware, SBSD, Hijackthis, HSremover. I have run them all, found bad files, deleted, hard rebooted, F8 into safe mode, run everythig again, hard reboot...then run HJT again and find the same damn HSA enties. I have read on some of these posts that people need to do a windows update. I have tried and from what I can tell the person who sold me this computer gave me a used copy of XP so the "security code" is bad and I cant get updates. With out these updates am I ever going to be able to get rid of this? I tried going back to the company that sold me the computer but he wont do anything for me as far as the security code.

Below is my latest HJT log. I noted which files I have been deleting with a "-" and the files I think I should delete with a "x".

If any of you all can help me identify ewhich files I should delete exactly then I can move on to steps 2-15 of the "HSA Removal Guide" post.

You all are doing an incredible service to people in need of your help and are not even demanding payment for your time and knowledge and for that I THANK YOU!

Phil

Fix those entries then find and delete the following files:
    C:\WINDOWS\kluld.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ieis.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\appcs.exe
    gptglnt.exe
    gpelt.exe
    C:\WINDOWS\system32\ntzz32.exe

    And the bold folder:
    C:\Program Files\Plaxo\

Then reboot and post a new log.
