Thanks, one quick question one of my pcs managed to crash and the F@H client switched to using standard loops, anyway to get it back to normal (im assuming this is slowing it down as i have a slower pc completing frames twice as fast) or will it do this on its own after this WU is finished?
Hi Souriat, first off, did your pc crash from the folding program or did it crash from something unrelated?
If the client reverts to using standard loops, all you have to do is close out the program normally and then restart it again. This will induce the optimizations otherwise it will always continue to use standard loops if left running in that instance.
Welcome to the Team guys, it's great to have you both.
Thanks TBonZ, thats got it running normally seems i wasnt exiting it properly (simply stopping the service), pretty sure it wasnt the cause as there isnt many differences between my 'stable' pc and that except cpu speed, guess ill be able to tell soon anyway
