Restricting stuff on the PC

Do you guys know of any simple to use programs that can be used like restrict installing programs or starting up programs??

    make a user account for others to use and make it restrive. when you install programs you should have an option just to install it so that your account can access it. try it and see.

    go to Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Computer Management -> Local Users and Groups -> Groups

    your major groups are Users, Power Users, and Administrators

    read the descriptions to determine where you want to place all your accounts
