Loading OS trouble

I have a brand new MB and a formatted HD. memory is in and video card is in. I am booting from the CD. I can't find my windows XP CD so I tried both the ME and 98 CD's neither will boot. It says:
BOOT FROM CD:
NTLDR is missing
Press CTRL+ALT+DEL to restart

Both CD's give me the same message. I tried the CD's in another computer and the right screen comes up but when I try to click on anything it says please reinsert windows CD.

Any ideas? This is for a computer that will be folding 24/7 so any help would be appreciated.
