Two slow folders?

These two seem to be a lot slower than normal. Usually 150 pointers take around a day and a half. 250 pointers around two and a half approx. After getting to near the top of page 2 it looks like I'll get overtaken again and drop down.
Comments please. :)

Was SSE enabled when they were last restarted?

I presume 'using standard loops' means they arn't. I don't know why or what to do to fix it.

Is your machine running stable? if so you could add the forceasm flag to your folding, this would automatically use SSE, without checking prior termination. (actually it would use whatever boost you can get, SSE,SSE2,3Dnow.)

    Check here
for how to set the flags.

Cheers Donut, forceasm wasn't set. The last few WUs have been ok though? The link to the graphic in the page you linked to isn't working. I've added -forceasm to the config in EM111 and it's now listed. Will that automatically apply it to F@H?

If your set up as a service, I'm not sure. I've never tried it with EM3.

What I do, is in whatever short-cut I use, right click the shortcut, in the target line add to the end of the line, (space)-forceasm

If you scroll down in the link, it will show you how. Hope it's what your looking for. (whats there works for later versions also, some of the flags are a little different though)

After all that, shut down the client normally and re-start client. The flag should be set.

PC1 has started the same WU from the start but this time with SSE. The frame time is now 40 mins, which is a lot better but PC2 doesn't seem to have changed. I don't have a shortcut to folding to alter. It is set to start as a service so it just runs.

you'll need to edit the registry to add the forceasm flag to the service.
you can see drasnor's guide to setting up FAH (assuming they ever fixed some punctuation issues) with specific instructions on how to fix it
