i know ill sound like a noob retard.. but i wanna get a new PC game called Guild wars.. im sure some of you know it ... thing is my computer was never the best at playing these games smoothly... so my question is do you have and tips or advice to making my CPU run games like that one better?

some tweaks to winxp can free up some resources (system memory) which will help. Also tweaking your graphics and stuff. There's all sorts of little tidbits that can help you squeeze everything to the edge.

Depending on your system, more ram also helps.
