building a ftp server

Im building a ftp server and need some help with the specs. 10-20 users at a time with high downloads. Gonna feed a high speed dsl line with 768kb up to it. Also Im thinking of going with bulletproof ftp as the software. So what should I use for system specs? thanks guys for help

    Do you have a static Ip, and for the OS i would seriously consider going dual processor. I would go with AMD and use opertons. probably dual 244's??? do you have the money, and if ya do get a good motherboard that was meant to take a load. most likely a tyan. memory is imporant, at least a gig, more if you can afford it. and you'll also want a quick SATA drive, prob a raptor, if you can i would get a scusi, but they are a little harder to set up and configure. but they will run faster and be more dependable
